Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Model for Leadership and Executive Coaching:

A. Gathering 360-feedback to Identify and Share a Development Goal: Our coaches conduct 360-feedback interviews to identify your strengths and areas for improvement. We then work with you to set a development goal, share it with stakeholders, and gather their input on strategies to achieve it.

B. Monthly Stakeholder Check-ins and Coaching Sessions: You meet with stakeholders monthly to gather anecdotal feedback on your progress and seek additional suggestions for improvement. You’ll also meet with IED coaches to strategize and identify new opportunities to implement your development goal.

C. Mid-Point Progress Review: Stakeholders complete an anonymous online mini-survey to provide quantitative ratings of your progress and qualitative descriptions of your strengths and areas for improvement. This feedback guides your continuous improvement efforts.

D. Conclusion of the Engagement: The program concludes with stakeholders completing a final survey, rating your progress on your development goal and overall leadership effectiveness. We’ll meet to review the results and recognize your achievements.
